Our Heritage
Welcome to Chkhavalley, a family-run organic winery nestled in the lush hills of Western Georgia.
Our vineyard is located in the village of Erge, Adjara, Georgia where our family has been cultivating grapes and crafting wine since 2010. Rooted in tradition and guided by nature, we produce natural, organic wines using only hand-harvested grapes and traditional Georgian methods — without chemical fertilizers, additives, or industrial yeast.
The winery is run by a young couple, Maka Tedoradze and Davit Bibineishvili ficusing on rare and regional grape varieties such as Chkhaveri, Tsolikouri. Every bottle reflects the purity of our soil and the passion behind our craft.
